Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The suit room was spacious, comfy, and equipped with excellent facilities, offering a very comfortable stay. The service was exceptional, going the extra mile to ensure our comfort during the 12-hour road trip and assisting with taxi bookings to the Sam sand dunes. The location, though away from the city center, provided a peaceful setting with easy access to the market square and fort. The dining options, while decent, could have offered more choices. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor areas for improvement.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all tourist attractions. The dining experience finishes a bit early at 9.30, with limited fare, yet offers lovely and scenic views. Although not ideal, the hotel provides a moderate dining affair. The facilities are well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The staff was incredibly courteous and always willing to help with any request. The location, while being in a quieter area, offered fabulous views from the roof terrace and was just a short walk or tuk-tuk ride away from the fort, striking a perfect balance between tranquility and convenience. The dining experience was satisfactory, and although the overall price was considered a good value, some aspects left much to be desired.
